My STORY

How it all started

 

​My name is Michelle Samphier from Bristol.  It all started when I was working within the cake section of a supermarket and always wanted to create my own style of cupcakes, it was here that I was informed that a college course was taking on new students for cake decorating class.

I enrolled within the class but realised that it was very text book, where I like to think creatively outside the box.

​

I started using my family and close friends as guinea pigs.

​

My cousins friend asked if I could cater cupcakes for a children's party, this was when Samphier's Surprise was born.
